Chloe Scott lived in our neighborhood for decades, a native of England, she enjoyed a life of dance, as a choreographer, dance teacher, Feddenkrais movement therapist, and founder of the Dymaxion Moving Company dance troupe. In June of 2019, Prospect residents submitted a petition to County Public Works (PW) to improve line of sight when exiting Prospect. The application requested that some parking spaces on northwest side of Alameda de las Pulgas at Prospect be removed. The discussion now that County sent a proposal (Feb 2020) is to weigh this request against the mitigation County has done thus far (trimming over-growth for improved visibility) and the major new Alameda configuration of a 4-3 Road Diet. That road diet will address this issue and similar problems along both the Santa Cruz and Alameda roadways.
