Our neighborhood and those neighborhoods in West Menlo Park along the Santa Cruz and Alameda de las Pulgas, between Sand Hill Road and Avy Avenue, have for decades been trying to get critical safety issues addressed by the County and City.  Unfortunately, very little has been done.

The Safety Initative then is an effort by the neighborhoods and bicycling community to elevate the safety issues, identify and document problems, and promote effective and responsive action to improve safety.  There are seveal webpages here and many links to online references.   Please go to the main Safety  page for more details.

The similest way is to use this registration link.  Please enter your real name and street address.  The reason for the street address is to verify you as a real neighbor and reduce the chance of spammers in our community website.
